Description

The SWI is specially designed for handheld Redox and temperature measurements with our digital (SDI-12) soil Redox probes. It can be connected (plug and play) to the SWAP soil Redox probe ORP-30-1-D, ORP-40-4-D and ORP-80-4-D.

The SWI is an interface (Bluetooth operated) between our SDI-12 Redox probes and Android cell phones. With the free SWAP instruments app, that can be obtained from the Google Play Store, the Redox and temperature measurements can be displayed on an Android cell phone. The data can be stored (saved) in a cost-free back-office cloud storage and e-mailed to a specified e-mail address.

This field precision instrument has a low power consumption (approximately 25 mA for a measurement of 30 s.) and a robust water-resistant housing (IP 54). It can be used both for research and for educational purposes.
